  • Digital Marketing

    • Content Marketer/Internship

      Experience: 0-2 years
      Job Location: New Delhi
      Job Description

      Responsibilities Include - Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention. - Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost - This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion - Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization, and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone. - Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email/newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why - Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis - Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel - Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive the brand to demand.

    • Internship Trainee- SEO

      Experience: 0-2 years
      Job Location: New Delhi
      Job Description

      - Responsible for managing all SEO activities such as on-page and off-page activities, content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase the companys website rankings on all major search networks - Google, Bing, etc - Understanding Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and Bing Webmaster Tools. - Work on everyday link submission - Creating backlinks by competitive analysis and guest posting for multiple websites - Working on other off-page submissions (business listings, profile, forum, classifieds, PPTs, podcasts, etc.)

      Skills

      Strong interest in online marketing.

      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

      Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills.

      Responsibilities Include - Speak to customers and understand their requirements for the trip - Design a comfortable, personalised travel plan based on customer requirements - Represent brand TripKnock while speaking to customers, be courteous over call - Ability to convince customers about taking the trip with TripKnock - Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly/monthly basis - Critical thinker and problem solver

      Experience: 2-3 years

      - Coach, train & mentor your team of management Trainees - Coordinate weekly meetings with your team to go over their targets to ensure each member is successful in their role - Assist/ coach team members on client calls and demos and develop ongoing training where needed - Develop a plan to manage & build business opportunities with your assigned accounts - Destination learning and training need to be given to your team - Making sure that your team is able to achieve their targets every month
